Warranty Policy

KITCHEN IDEA products purchased from XIMPLE (M) Sdn Bhd, the authorized local distributor of KITCHEN IDEA, are accompanied by a limited warranty. This warranty also extends to official resellers from XIMPLE (M) Sdn Bhd. Unless otherwise specified, this warranty covers the hardware components of the product as originally supplied.


This warranty is only redeemable within the original country or region of purchase. We only accept returns after 7 days of delivery with reason. However, warranty services are still valid for products under normal use. If a fault is found after seven (7) days from delivery of the product(s), you should contact us and we will either repair or replace the product.


The warranty period of each product is listed as follows:

Product and accessories: Repair or replacement within 2 years

If a valid claim is made on a valid warranty during the Warranty Period, Kitchen Idea will, upon sight of valid supporting documents (i.e. dated proof of purchase and warranty card), proceed for servicing repair. For defects that cannot be repaired within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience, Kitchen Idea will replace the product or accessories.

The limited warranty only covers product defects caused by workmanship or build materials. To make a claim, present your original Proof of Purchase (invoice), model, and photo evidence of the product’s defects by raising Service Requests (requires logging into Ximple account), or contacting us by XIMPLE Support.

The warranty period will not be renewed or extended if replacement or repair service is provided.


The limited warranty does not cover:

• Defects or damage resulting from accidents, neglect, misuse, or abnormal use; abnormal conditions or improper storage; exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand, or dirt; unusual physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress.

• Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by KITCHEN IDEA.

• Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metallic objects on the touch screen.

• Devices with serial numbers removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.

• Ordinary wear and tear.

• Defects or damage resulting from the use of the product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by KITCHEN IDEA.

• Any physical feature defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by KITCHEN IDEA.

• Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.

• Software issues resulting from third-party software introduced into the product.

• Repair is conducted by an unofficial repair center.

• Other damage not caused by the design, manufacturing or quality of the product itself.

• Others

We only provide the services promised in this policy, and shall not be responsible for any commitment made by the agent or partner beyond the contents of this policy.


Request For Warranty Repair & Service

1. Fill up the request form at Service Requests (requires logging into Ximple account) or XIMPLE Support's "Contact Us" page. Please provide a detailed description of the issues you are facing with your product.

2. Upon receiving your submission, our team will promptly respond and send you an aftersales form. This form will require you to provide relevant information about your machine and share your feedback.

3. Once we confirm that your machine requires repairs, we will guide you through the next steps, including shipping the machine to our local warehouse.

4. As soon as the repair is completed, we will swiftly send the product back to you, ensuring minimal downtime.
